Store Policies

This is an overview of HOOK & WIRE’S store policies on shipping, exchanges, and returns. If you don’t find an answer to your question here, don’t hesitate to email me.

Shipping

All the jewelry items in my store are handmade to order. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order fulfillment. Orders will ship the next business day after the completion of your order.
Once your order is in the mail, the typical shipping time for most orders is around 2-8 business days.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the items you purchase and where you live. However, typical shipping costs are around $5.

If you need to put a rush on an order, please reach out to me beforehand to see if that’s possible.

International Shipping

At this time, HOOK & WIRE is only able to ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my priority! Not only do I want to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase, but I also want it to be something you can treasure for years to come. If any item you’ve purchased from my shop fails to meet your expectations, please reach out to me.

I’m happy to accept exchanges for items that are unworn and in their original condition if you:

  • Contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase
  • Ship the items back to me within 14 days of receiving your purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a refund or reimbursement on shipping/handling charges.

At this time, I cannot accept returns or cancellations. However, if any of your items arrive damaged, I will replace them for free. If I’m unable to replace the exact item, you will be offered a choice between an exchange, in-store credit, or a refund. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your package if any items are damaged.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I received your returned item. If your exchange is approved, I will notify you as soon as your new/replacement item is in the mail or your refund has been granted.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issues you might have.

Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items

Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
